DADTIFA: A Book Excerpt
My 100,000th word on authoritarianism is here, and it is about Portland.
A special note of thanks today to my paid subscribers. Thanks to you, I just hit a major milestone. Last week I crossed 100,000 words in my book manuscript. In fact, I am pages away from finishing the draft that I have been working toward for more than two years. My book compares the violent authoritarian movements I have covered around the world with their analogs in the US, the militias, racists, and armed right. I now call it “The Black Pill: A Genealogy of Political Violence.”
